Lindeco has always been dedicated to exporting of automotive components, mainly for American cars but also supplies components for Japanese and Korean cars. Our mission is to offer the best product and service possible for our client.
In 1986 Enrique Escobar joined Lindeco as managing partner and Lindeco’s headquarters and warehouse were moved from New York City to Miami.
In 2017 Lindeco diversified its distribution business to enter the premium quality sport equipment segment.
The majority of the automotive components sold by Lindeco are manufactured by Cloyes, Dura-Bond, Eaton, Engine Power Components and Federal Mogul.
These companies are among the main OEM suppliers to manufactures like General Motors, Ford, Jeep, Chrysler and Nissan. A small portion of the components we sell are manufactured in Mexico, Argentina, China and India. These components are very clearly identified to our customers as being manufactured in their respective countries of origin. It is Lindeco’s philosophy and policy to be perfectly transparent with our clients, especially regarding the origin of our components.
More than 50 years ago Lindeco created its own brand, “LGP”, which means Lindeco Genuine Parts. The logo is proudly displayed on all our packaging and recognized all over the world. Lindeco has been providing components to wholesalers and importers for 60+ years in more than 40 countries across Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Lindeco was awarded the prestigious PRESIDENTS “E” CERTIFICATE for EXPORTS, presented by the President of the United States of America and signed by the Secretary of Commerce.
In the last 25 years, Lindeco’s principles have been members on the Board of Directors of the Overseas Automotive Council of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association. The OAC is an organization founded in 1923 by the American manufactures and exporters of the American Automotive Industry. Lindeco’s founder, Jerry Lindenstraus has been presented with the “Life Time Achievement Award” by the OAC.
